The maximum size of the Fund is up to Fifty Million US Dollars (USD 50,000,000). The fund will be promoted aggressively to target investors from the following regions:

The Fund seeks to establish an investment program designed to cater to the astute investor from China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and Indonesia. Its target market are high net worth status accredited investors from ASEAN countries.

Apart from individuals, the Fund also seeks to invite corporate entities who are looking for suitable investment vehicles to park their corporate funds.

INVESTMENT APPROACH

As a Fund Manager, the interests of our investors are at the core of our priorities apart from securing optimum returns on investment. Fulfilling our responsibility as a manager of funds, we have put in place various controls to minimize or to mitigate any possible risks that may affect the performance of the Fund.

TRACKING PORTFOLIO COMPANIES

Beginning with portfolio companies, we require these organizations to develop Business Development Plans together with stages of funding requirements. Our funds will only be released to these companies once they achieve certain stipulated milestones. At least one qualified business and/or management consultant will be appointed to each portfolio company as Non-Executive Director to monitor the progress and performance of the company as well as to provide business guidance whenever necessary.

Our team which includes, but not limited to legal professionals and finance professionals are always ready to conduct internal audits to the portfolio companies from time to time on a need basis to ensure their healthy operations. In the meantime, our Limited Partners (investors) will be kept updated on the progress and performance of the portfolio companies on a periodical basis as well as on a need basis.
